class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Een goede juridische dienstverlening heeft zijn prijs. Betaalbaarheid van deze dienstverlening is nochtans belangrijk. Daarover moeten goede afspraken gemaakt worden, zodat u niet voor verrassingen komt te staan.<\/p>\n<p>Hetgeen aan een cli\u00ebnt in rekening wordt gebracht valt uiteen in kosten en erelonen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De <strong>kosten<\/strong> vallen uiteen in kantoorkosten (opening en sluiting dossier, telefonie edm., typografie), door ons voorgeschoten gerechtskosten en verplaatsingskosten.<\/li>\n<li>De <strong>erelonen<\/strong> worden in principe afgerekend aan een met u overeengekomen uurtarief.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Op onze ereloonstaten is 21% BTW verschuldigd.<\/p>\n<p>Bij aanvang van een dossier en tussentijds worden provisies in rekening gebracht, zodat u niet alles ineens dient te betalen.
